Opportunities to volunteer and for training placements

Volunteering at Trewithen

Congratulations to Helen, Rebecca and Sally who have passed their RHS level 2 exams.

Voluntary placements.

You have the chance to join our slowly growing team of staff, students and volunteers. This unique opportunity allows you to work in a friendly team, gain important practical experience and learn horticultural techniques.

The places suit all walks of life from students needing experience to career change and even just to be out in the fresh air.

Our team comprises of myself, two full time staff, one horticultural student and 5 volunteers.

Niall, our student, has left to take up a post at Caerhays estate. His experience here has been a good stepping stone for his career. Good luck for the future Niall.

Your package will include:-

Lunch at the Tea shop

Travelling expenses

10% discount at the plant centre
