‘Walks and Talks’

Gary Long speaks on a wide range of gardening subjects and is offering a series of unique inspiring lectures which will include a guided tour of the gardens at Trewithen. Talks are suitable for audiences at all levels of knowledge. The first talk was about the wild plants of China. Gary is very enthusiastic and well informed on this topic due to his first-hand experience from visiting China.

 Upon arrival light refreshments will be available. After the talk Gary will lead a guided tour around the Gardens looking in particular at the Champion Trees and the Rose garden. After the Walk & Talk you are welcome to remain in the Gardens.  

£12 per person

After the ‘Walk and Talk’ you are welcome to remain in the gardens. There is a café available where you can purchase further refreshments. 

This ‘Walk and Talk’ is available for groups (minimum 10 people and maximum 25) at a cost of £12 per person for groups under 25 attending. For groups of 25 the cost will be £10 per person. 

Please note: we are perfectly happy for several groups to get together to make up numbers. For further information and to book please phone or email us. Upon request – Gary is able to deliver subject specific talks to groups of 25 here at Trewithen.
