House Tours

Tours of Trewithen House take in the architectural, historical, and artistic masterpieces treasured within this family home. Delve into this history, and Trewithen's highlights, throughout an hour led by one of our expert house guides, who have come to know the house and its stories over decades. Come away with a unique sense of the house's stories, and its masterpieces: from tales and records of Cornwall to far further afield in the library, to Rococo architecture of the Great Saloon. Trewithen House is open from Sunday to Tuesday, from Sunday 26th April to Tuesday 30th June 2026 and August Bank Holiday Monday from 12.00 noon to 4.00pm. 

Guided tours take place each day, at 12.15pm, 1.30 pm and 2.45 pm, priced at £15 per adult. We are now offering tickets for a house tour with garden entry combined, for £20. If you have already booked your house tour and would like to add on garden entry on the day at the combination ticket price, you will be welcome to do this at the ticket till. 

Please meet for house tours outside of the shed at the garden entrance (the old Ticket Office), marked by a blackboard. Please arrive 10 minutes before your house tour starts, and your house guide will meet you here.
