Plant of the Month, April

Prunus 'Taihaku' (Great White Cherry) is one of those "stop you on your tracks" trees when in flower. Can be fleeting but this spring was so calm and benign the flowers lasted for weeks! 

With a clear blue sky the flowers really "Pop"
